Dominic Ambrosio is an accomplished senior media and business development executive who stands at the forefront of the media industry, utilizing cutting edge technology to connect consumers with a wide array of content. Throughout his distinguished career, Dominic gained extensive production experience in film, television, digital media, e-commerce, web, mobile, wellness, nutrition, video retailing, product development, and broadcast operations. He specializes in developing diverse media operations in competitive markets for companies of all sizes from Fortune 500 to mid-sized and start-ups.

Dominic began as an editor, working for Sesame Street, Showtime, MTV, Nickelodeon, Air France, Goldman Sachs, and large advertising agencies. During the 90s, Dominic rose to senior level management roles including Senior Vice President Network Operations for The Home Shopping Network, where he managed live 24/7 video retail network production operations generating over $1.2 Billion in revenue. He moved to Nashville, TN in 1995 to become Vice President Production for Speer Productions.

Dominic also spent a significant portion of his career at Home Box Office, where as Vice President of Studio Operations he spearheaded studio production, post-production and the administrative operations division for HBO & Cinemax domestic and international network. During this time, Dominic served as an Adjunct Professor, designing and delivering lectures on media and film to students at Kean University, Montclair State University and the College of New Jersey.

Dominic holds a Master of Arts in Communications Arts from New York Institute of Technology and a Bachelor of Arts in Communications, specializing in Film/Television, from Seton Hall University. He has served on a number of advisory boards, providing expertise in broadcast technology and routinely attends leadership conferences. Dominic has been married for 35 yrs to has wife Kathy and blessed with 4 daughters and 2 grandchildren. He has over 45 years of community services ranging from retreats, Eucharistic Minister, Bible Studies and Church committees. Dominic joined the Array of Hope team in February 2017.


Carrie Donegan, along with her husband Fred, own an international business and consultancy group for health and wellness products. She is an internationally recognized speaker and bestselling author of two books and numerous business publications in the field of health and natural medicine. From 1992-2001 she served as the Program Director for the Center for US-China Arts Exchange at Columbia University and continues to consult art and culture conservation projects as well as environmental and socio-economic development projects. Her current project involves an in-depth look at Dai Medicine in Yunnan, China, with a focus on documentation, research, and conservation of traditional, natural, Chinese medical practices.

Her previous project work includes projects with the Ford Foundation, the Henry Luce Foundation, the John D. and Catherine T. MacArthur Foundation, the Smithsonian Institute, the National Trust for Historic Preservation, and the Nature Conservancy. Currently she is working with the Catholic organization, Youth Service International on their education programs in Guatemala to bring scholarships to impoverished teens.

Carrie also has an extensive background in education and curriculum development. She has developed 4 Mandarin Chinese elementary programs for schools in Bergen County including St. John’s Academy where her daughter attends. This is the first and only elementary-level Mandarin Chinese program in the Diocese of Newark. Carrie has just accepted a position to become the new head of the Mandarin Chinese program at Don Bosco Prep in Ramsey, NJ where her son is a student. She holds degrees from the George Washington University Elliot School of International Affairs in DC, Fudan University in Shanghai, Beijing University; AMA and PRA credits from Harvard Medical School and Arts Education and Administration credits from Columbia University.

She has also been actively involved in her parish’s Marriage Preparation classes, Women’s Cornerstone Retreat, and is certified in the Archdiocesan Verities Program for the protection of children.


Thomas Pagano is a graduate of Franciscan University from the class of 2011. He has spent the past decade working with a variety of Catholic nonprofits in development and fundraising. Tom is passionate about serving organizations that are effectively advancing the mission of the Church.

In 2019, Tom Co-founded an executive search and recruiting firm, Mission Advantage Recruiting. MA partners with Catholic nonprofits to help them recruit and hire mission-aligned talent to optimize the impact they're making in the Church.

Most importantly, Tom resides in northern NJ with his wife, Megan, and their two children, Zelie and James.


Kathryn Grifonetti is a resident of Old Tappan, New Jersey. She is married to John Grifonetti and together they are raising four children…Kara, Joseph, Johnny and Kaitlyn. Before Kathryn became a stay at home mother almost 20 years ago she was a teacher in the New York City Public Schools. When she is not volunteering at her children’s schools she is involved with her parish, St. Pius X in Old Tappan and other charitable organizations.



Kristy Gillio Fall is a devoted Catholic, a proud wife and mother, volunteer, educator and businesswoman. After receiving her undergraduate degree in Economics and Spanish from Rutgers, Kristy began her career in investment banking at Lazard, working in both the Mergers & Acquisitions and Corporate Finance departments in New York City. Combining analytical skills, creativity and her passion for architecture, Kristy co-founded K&M Interior Designs, LLC, a 3D/4D design firm. She also shares her diverse expertise as a college lecturer at Rutgers University and corporate leadership development speaker on the topics of Innovation, Creativity & Entrepreneurship.

Keeping her faith central to her life, Kristy is an active volunteer in the Catholic Church and serves as a mentor, Vice President of the Board of Directors and Director of Communications and Outreach for New Hope, Inc., helping first-time single moms and their babies.


Kim DiBiase is a grateful wife, Homeschooling mother, and Catholic Convert. She and her husband Joe have been blessed in their 27 years of marriage with four children. She is a licensed cosmetologist who became a stay at home mom after her first child was born. Kim and Joe own a Pest Control Company located in their hometown of Ocean, NJ. Kim’s life mission has been to grow in her faith through education and personal studying of the faith.

Kim is an artist who uses her creative skills to pray with others while creating mixed media art.

Kim has received training from the Diocese of Trenton toward certifications in both Catechetical Leadership and New Evangelization with a concentration in Adult Faith Formation. She is a certified Catechist and has served the youth of her parish for seventeen years.

Kim serves as a prayer leader with the Unbound Ministry team in the Diocese of Trenton, NJ.

She loves sharing her faith with children and adults alike. She has implemented a successful Bible Study Ministry in her Parish that is ongoing. Kim and Joe also have served on their Parish’s Pre- Cana team. Together they have raised and continue to raise their family with Christ at the center.


Rae and her late husband, Joe, have been blessed with three children and nine grandchildren. After raising her family, she worked as an administrative assistant for different businesses, ran for NJ State Committee and is involved with many Pro-life and conservative organizations. Being a part of the Array of Hope family has been a true blessing which has enhanced her faith journey!

A Lifelong Catholic, Rae resides in the Township of Washington, NJ and has been involved with many church ministries over the years including Lector, choir, Cornerstone retreats and prayer groups.
