Mario Costabile is a founding member and the executive director of Array of Hope. He’s been married to his wife Susan since 1984 and they have been blessed with 5 beautiful children. He is a devout Catholic and family man.

Mario has been a successful music and film producer for over 25 years. He has produced content for film, television, and the recording business. Among the notable organizations he has done work for are MTV, VH1, FuseH, Discovery Channel, the SYFY Channel, off Broadway productions, Yamaha Music, Sony Music, Def Jam Records, and Universal Music. Most recently he is extremely proud to have produced content for EWTN, The Catholic Television Network and the Net.

Mario has received many awards for his productions. One such award received as a Telly Award for the documentary he produced on the making of the motion picture film by Roadside Attractions called "Gimme Shelter" which starred James Earl Jones, Vanesa Hudgens and Brendan Frazer. This movie centers around a homeless teenage pregnant girl who choices Life and keeps her baby. This documentary aired throughout many secular stations across America as well as EWTN around the world.

Additionally Mario has run a successful multimedia production company since 1984 that produces a wide range of projects from marketing videos, to TV and Radio commercials, to social media content. In 2009 Mario produced two hit singles, "I need an Angel" and "Alone Time" for the Christian band Sacred Road.

Today he is being led to utilize his talents to do God's will in the development of Array of Hope and its vision to unite families and help them grow closer to God.


Michael B. FitzPatrick is a CLTC Partner and Board Member with LTC Financial Partners. He works to educate people about developing a plan to protect against the catastrophic financial and emotional costs typically associated with long-term care. He has been specializing in Long Term Care Planning and Insurance since 2001. Michael has been quoted in numerous publications, including the NJ Garden State Women magazine, Advisor Today, Life and Health Insurance Foundation for Education, Resource Guide for Family Caregivers, The Daily Record Newspaper, and Southwest Airlines magazine. He has also been a guest on several radio programs and has written extensively on the topic.

Michael has been awarded a professional degree in the field of long-term care and is Certified in Long-Term Care (CLTC) which enables him to provide comprehensive education to consumers and other professions such as financial planning, tax law, home care, government funding, and elder law. Michael is a graduate of the Delbarton School and Fairfield University

Michael is also Advisor to Children Rise (an organization producing a documentary on the street children in South Africa along with the AIDS pandemic), a Member and Supporter of Center for Long Term Care Reform, a Member of S.O.A.R. (Support Our Aging Religious) and on the Parish Advisory Council (P.A.C.) – Christ the King Church.


Michael J. Rose, Jr. is a graduate of Seton Hall University (2002), with minors in Latin and business, and a double major in philosophy and religious studies. Michael also has a Master’s Degree in Theology with a Certificate in Biblical Studies from the Augustine Institute in 2014.

Michael is the Co-Owner & Executive Vice President of The Diversified Companies. Diversified supplies thousands of agents throughout the country with the opportunity to fill the gaps both Medicare and Social Security leave behind for millions of seniors. Michael holds his Life, Health, Property and Casualty Insurance Licenses as well as Real Estate and Mortgage Licenses.

Additionally, Michael has extensive experience in youth ministry, retreats and evangelization programs. Michael currently does speaking engagements for parishes and other venues on the topics of Chastity, Pro-Life, Manhood, Theology of the Body, Fatherhood and Family.

After the Lord, Michael is most thankful for the gift of us his wife, Faith, and their six children. (Michael, born 2009, Jeremy, 2011, Caeli, 2013, Benjamin, 2014, Kateri, 2016 and Andrew, 2019). Faith and Michael worship at Our Lady of Mount Carmel in Boonton, where Faith is the Director of Religious Education. They homeschool their children and are heavily involved in NJ Aquinas Learning and the Little Way Cooperative.


Scott brings a vast array of business experiences including starting, financing, managing and selling more than 15 businesses over the last 30 years. He has a deep merger and acquisition background and as an advisor managed the sale, valuation or merger of more than 20 mid-market companies in a wide range of industries. Scott is an expert in the business sale process, business valuation and value enhancement.

Scott was “teacher of the year” in 2007 and 2010 and has taught CCD for 15 years until 2010. He has been a baseball manager since 2008 and is currently a Clinician for the Rutgers University Sports Council proctoring classes for prospective coaches for local sports teams.

Scott is an active NREMT and a NJ licensed EMT. He has held various positions in his hometown emergency ambulance corps in Old Tappan including First Lieutenant and most recently as President. Scott is an active EMT responder.

He lives in Old Tappan with his wife Deena and 3 young children. He currently manages 3 small businesses and serves on select boards.

Scott was elected to the Chairman of the Board for Array of Hope in January 2017.


Vito is a Regulatory Compliance Manager for a major global bank in NYC where he has built an extensive background in the banking industry spanning more than 30 years.

Vito lives in Woodcliff Lake, NJ with his wife Maria and their three sons and has been a parishioner of Our Lady Mother of the Church in Woodcliff Lake, NJ for the past 40 years where he currently serves as the Parish Council President. Vito has been very active in his parish’s affairs and ministries where he has served as the Chairman of the Living Stones Capital Campaign, and led the Baptismal Preparation ministry, Family Liturgy committee and Men’s Cornerstone Retreat.

Vito has been active in his community as a youth sports coach for baseball, flag football and CYO basketball. He is also member of Woodcliff Lake UNICO, an Italian-American service organization, where he has served as one of its past chapter presidents. For the past 10 years he has served on the Advisory Board of St. John’s Academy in Hillsdale, NJ, Vito is part of the budget review committee. He is very passionate about planning and improving the future of Catholic parish formation, as well as the future of Catholic education and faith formation for children and adults.

Vito joined the Array of Hope Executive Board in January 2018.


Pamela Muller Swartzberg holds a BA in History from Wake Forest University and a JD from Vanderbilt University School of Law. After graduating from Vanderbilt, Pam practiced as a corporate attorney in New York and Charlotte.

Pam served as the Chair of the Women's Commission of the Archdiocese of Newark from 2004-2019, appointed to the Commission by Archbishop John J. Myers in 2003. She has also served as the Secretary to the Board of Trustees of Seton Hall University since 2005. In addition, Pam serves on the boards of LIFENET, a pro-life educational organization and Casa Guadalupe, home of discernment for young women, and in 2006, was invested as a Lady of the Equestrian Order of the Holy Sepulchre of Jerusalem.

Most recently, Pam joined the Board of Directors of Relevant Radio, a Catholic radio network bringing Christ to the world through the media. Pam is passionately pro-0life, speaking to all who will listen about the dignity of the human person from conception to natural death. In 2009, Pam was awarded by the Alzheimer's Association of Greater New Jersey with the Circle of Honor Advocacy Award and in 2014, by Koinonia Academy with the Lumen Christi Award.

Pam and her husband, Mark, are the proud parents of Anna, Allyson, Peter, Matthew, Mary, Joshua, and Joseph. They love skiing and beaching and all the mayhem that comes with being a family of nine.
